Daily Tarheel list is Created by Tarheel Manager every day (week days configured) OR system generated it automatically just before the end of the day (time configured) ---> this is mainly to ensure that all students attendance record are submitted by teachers.

  • the form could have a re-generate button that tarheel manager / office coordinator only can click to regenerate the Daily tarheel list of the day if a class student attendance has not been submitted.
  • How is the system going to make sure that all classes' attendances have been submitted by teachers?

Note:

  • withdraw request should not proceed for parents whom children are not enrolled in transportation
  • system should not allow one student to be enrolled in more than one bus / or in the same bus if the child is already there.
  • dafault status of the form received by Tarheel Manager : pinding / approved.
  • office coordinator Receives and tracks the status of Tarheel Request. Tarheel Manager Does the enrollment / withdrawal (maybe using a smart button) + approves when this is done.
  • These request should appear in the student profile > under tarheel tab.
